FOUR TEAMS EARN BERTHS IN MIXED DOUBLES OLYMPIC TRIALS
Ten teams competed at the USA Curling Mixed Doubles Pre-Trials this past weekend at the Chaska Curling Center and when play finished on Sunday evening, four secured berths in the Mixed Doubles Trials/Nationals, scheduled for February 17-23, 2025 at Rock Creek Curling in Lafayette, CO.
MEMBERS VOTE TO CONFIRM GNCC AS A RECOGNIZED REGIONAL ASSOCIATION
Following a vote by its own members in May in favor of a return, the Grand National Curling Club was welcomed back as a Recognized Regional Association (RRA) of USA Curling at the annual Members’ Meeting of the national organization.

PETERSON, SHUSTER TO REPRESENT USA AT 2024 PAN CONTINENTAL CURLING CHAMPIONSHIPS
The 2024 Men’s and Women’s National Champion teams—Team Shuster and Team Peterson—will be the nation’s representatives at the 2024 Pan Continental Curling Championships in Lacombe, Alberta, from October 27th to November 4th, competing to earn berths for the United States in the 2025 World Men’s and World Women’s Curling Championships.

A change in the date of the 2025 World Junior Curling Championships has made it impossible for the projected 2025 host, the Broomstones Curling Club in Wayland, MA, to hold the Junior Nationals this upcoming season.

USA Curling is pleased to announce that registration has opened for the Last Chance Mixed Doubles Olympic Trials Qualifier, scheduled for Curl Mesabi in Eveleth, MN, from November 15-17, 2024. The team that wins this event will earn a berth in the 2025 Mixed Doubles Trials/Nationals at Rock Creek Curling in Lafayette, CO.

2024 MEMBERS’ ASSEMBLY VOTING PROCESS
This year’s Members’ Meeting will be on Friday, August 9th at 7 PM at the Chaska Event Center in Chaska, MN. While in-person attendance is encouraged, the meeting can also be attended virtually. Members’ Assembly activities will continue throughout the weekend, and the USA Curling Mixed Doubles Pre-Trials event will also be taking place at the Chaska Curling Center.
