Established in 2002, the U.S. Senior National Championships are for athletes aged 50 and above. The winners of this championship represent the United States at the World Senior Men’s and Women’s Curling Championships.

Team USA will be well represented at the World Senior Championships in Öestersund, Sweden, from April 20-24. These world championships for athletes over the age of 50 will feature athletes from more than 26 countries.
The 2024 Senior Women’s National Championship is on the docket this week, as the top curlers over the age of 50 will head to the Circle City Curling Club in Anderson, Indiana, from February 21st through the 25th.
Another national champion was crowned this past weekend, as Team Farbelow went undefeated through pool play and then the playoffs to capture the USA Curling Men’s Senior Nationals at the Heather Curling Club in Mapleton, MN.
Championship season continues this week, as the The Heather Curling Club in Mapleton, MN, hosts the 2024 USA Curling Senior Men’s National Championship. Sixteen teams will take to the ice, all vying to be Team USA at the World Senior Men’s Championship, slated for Oestersund, Sweden, in late April.
The best teams comprised of players over the age of 50 take the ice at the storied Granite Club in Seattle, WA, this week, with the Women’s and Men’s champions moving on to represent the United States at the World Senior Curling Championships from April 21-29 in Gangneung, Korea.
On Mar. 4-11, Granite Curling Club in Seattle, Wash., will host the 2023 USA Curling Senior Men’s and Women’s National Championships.
The 2023 U.S. Senior Men’s and Women’s Curling National Championships will be returning to the USA Curling competition calendar in early March 2023.
Team USA, Bob LeClair, Fred Maxie, Jeff Baird, Tom Danielson, and Greg Gallagher, achieved a quarterfinal finish at the Team’s World Senior Curling Championship debut in Geneva, Switzerland.
Team USA, Margie Smith, Ann Swisshelm, Shelly Kosal, and Shelley Dropkin achieved a second place finish at the World Senior Curling Championships 2022 in Geneva, Switzerland.
Both the senior men’s and senior women’s teams representing the United States at the World Senior Curling Championships 2022 qualified for playoffs and will compete the first round of playoff games on Friday.
Expansive accolades not only keep the women representing the United States at the World Senior Curling Championships 2022 motivated to compete, but have created a mutual respect and enjoyable dynamic.
Both U.S. Senior Men’s and Women’s teams faced Finland in Monday’s draw at the World Senior Curling Championships 2022. The men topped Finland to remain unbeaten at 3-0 and the women evened their record at 1-1.
On Saturday, April 23rd, Team USA opened both the World Senior Men’s and Women’s Curling Championships, as well as the World Mixed Doubles Curling Championship 2022 in Geneva, Switzerland.

Bob Leclair, Greg Gallagher, Jeff Baird, Tom Danielson, and Fred Maxie won the U.S. Senior Men’s Curling Championship title on Mar. 13th and will represent the U.S. at the 2022 Senior Curling Championships in Geneva, Switzerland.
Margie Smith, Ann Swisshelm, Shelley Dropkin, and Shelly Kosal’s 2022 U.S. Senior Women’s Curling National Championship victory secured the Team’s second consecutive title, earning the berth to represent the United States at the 2022 World Senior Women’s Curling Championship next month in Geneva, Switzerland.
Out of an abundance of caution, 2022 Senior Women’s, Club, Wheelchair Mixed Doubles, U18, and Junior National Championships have been rescheduled.
The 2022 Senior Men’s National Championship has been postponed until Mar. 9-13, 2022 at Exmoor Country Club.
