REGISTRATION OPENS FOR 2021 U.S. JUNIOR NATIONAL CURLING CHAMPIONSHIPS

Registration is now open for the 2021 U.S. Junior National Curling Championships scheduled August 9-14, 2021, at the Chaska Curling Center in Chaska, Minn.

The Junior National Championships are aimed at determining the nation’s top U-21 teams by serving as a selection event for the 2022 World Junior-B Curling Championships in Lohja, Finland. Should the teams representing the U.S. at the Junior-B Championships qualify for the World Junior Championships, they will also advance to represent the United States at the 2022 World Junior Curling Championships scheduled for February 2022.

In addition to representing the United States on the world stage, this year’s U.S. Junior National Curling Champions for men’s and women’s will also be invited to USA Curling’s National Team.

Event Eligibility

Any player who is less than 21 years of age at any time during the 30th day of June of the year immediately preceding the year the competition is to take place (must be born no later than 6/30/2000), is a citizen of the United States as of registration deadline, is a member of USA Curling, and has qualified for the U.S. Junior and/or U-18 National Curling Championships within the past two seasons (2019 or later) is eligible to compete.
