To submit notification, complete the Member Club Intent to Vote form t by 11:59 pm CDT July 10th, 2024.

If you plan to attend in-person, we encourage you to submit your intent to attend as soon as possible so we may plan accordingly. If you do not submit an intent to vote, your Member Club will not be eligible to vote at the Members’ Meeting. Individuals who have elected to separate their votes from a Member Club will still be eligible to vote.

A link will be provided to those who plan to attend the meeting virtually. A draft meeting agenda and voting items will be provided no later than July 10th, 2024.

Member Club Presidents who cannot attend virtually or in-person may appoint a delegate to carry the votes of USA Curling members from their club. The Secretary of USA Curling must be notified of the delegate’s name, club, and contact information by July 25th, 2024. This information may be submitted by completing the Delegate Selection Form.

Under the current bylaws, Individual members of USA Curling aged 18 and older may also elect to separate their votes from their Member Club. Any Individual members who wish to do so must complete this form to notify the USA Curling Secretary of their intent to vote separately from a club. This notification must be received no less than 30 days prior to the Members’ Meeting.

The full Members’ Meeting policies and procedures are outlined in Policy 21-10 of the USA Curling Policies and Procedures.
