[EDEN PRAIRIE, MN, April 8th, 2024] USA Curling is happy to share that the 2024 Members’ Meeting & Assembly will take place at the Chaska Curling Center in Chaska, MN., from August 9th through the 11th. Individual Members and Member Club representatives are invited to attend in person or online.

Previously, this event was held in October each year. To increase attendance, it has been moved to August, as many who would have liked to attend in previous years were busy at their home clubs preparing for the start of the traditional curling season.

The weekend will begin Friday evening with the Annual Members’ Meeting, which will be held on site in the Chaska Curling Club Event Center. Representatives of Member Clubs, along with Individual Members casting votes independently, will weigh in on relevant matters, and updates about the organization will be provided by the USA Curling CEO, Chair of USA Curling, and Committee Chairs. A full meeting agenda will be provided in June.

The Members’ Assembly, scheduled for Saturday and Sunday morning, will feature a coaching conference, certification courses, panel discussions, vendor presentations, and opportunities for skills training and analysis with USA Curling experts.

The 2024 Mixed Doubles Pre-Trials event will be contested throughout the weekend at the Chaska Curling Center, offering attendees an opportunity to watch high-level curling while taking part in Assembly.

“We look forward to delivering a productive Members’ Meeting and a robust Assembly, providing vital in-person activities while still offering online access,” noted USA Curling CEO Dean Gemmell. “Our goal is to make the Assembly an opportunity to learn, achieve certifications, and network with others who share a love for our sport, and holding it earlier makes it easier for people who are active in their clubs to attend.”

More details and registration information will be released in the coming weeks. If you have questions, email memberservices@usacurling.org.
