SELECTION PROCEDURES: 2022 PAN CONTINENTAL CURLING CHAMPIONSHIPS

On Oct. 30 – Nov. 5, 20222, the inaugural Pan Continental Curling Championships will be held in Calgary, Alberta.
This event combines the Americas and Pacific-Asia zones, and Like the European Curling Championships, will qualify the top five countries for World Championships in men’s and women’s four-person curling.
2022 Women’s Teams:
Canada, USA, Brazil, Korea, Japan, China, Hong Kong, Kazakhstan, Australia
2022 Men’s Teams:
Canada, USA, Brazil, Korea, Japan, China, Chinese Taipei, New Zealand
To determine the men’s and women’s teams that will represent the United States at the 2022 Pan Continental Curling Championships, USA Curling (in consultation with the Athletes’ Advisory Council), will qualify the highest-ranked U.S. men’s and women’s curling teams on the World Curling Federation’s World Team Rankings as of September 19th, 2022.
In future seasons, the highest ranked men’s and women’s team six weeks prior to the event will earn the berth to represent the United States at the Pan Continental Curling Championships.
